Vanità gallery was established in 1998 as a fine art gallery dedicated to the promotion of national and international artists, both american and european modern and contemporary Masters, and deals highly selective, museum quality works.
The gallery is located on Madison Avenue at 69th street in the Upper east side, the heart of New York City's cultural district, bathed in natural light from picturesque windows. Adorned by impressive and antique light fixtures and, mahogany doors, beautiful antiques hold court with paintings from established and emerging artists. High ceilings accommodate larger works, while wide-open spaces allow the visitors room to experience the atmosphere.
Two of the gallery's four rooms are dedicated to the art of Vaclav Vytlacil; other rooms feature a mix of works from up-and-coming artists as well as paintings of Masters. Spectacular Art deco and Biedermeier furniture are also on display.
The gallery continues to offer and welcomes all inquiries from collectors who may wish to sell or consign works of art or estates. Vanità gallery also provides appraisal services.
